Some organizations also have anti-spoof settings which block mailings that share the same sender name as an employee, if the mailing is not coming from that employee's internal email address. You may want to have your Network Operations team adjust your anti-spoof settings. Or, you can update the sender name on the Add Recipients page of your Card or Flyer to something other than an employee name.
