Getting in touch with Paperless Post customer service

We pride ourselves on outstanding customer care! If you're not finding an answer in our Help Center, feel free to reach out to us

If you send us an email, you'll receive a reply within a business day, but usually much sooner! 

If you'd prefer to speak by phone, we'd be happy to schedule a call to you - send us an email with the email address on your account, a description of your issue, your phone number, time zone, and a time that works for you to receive a call. We're available to call between 10am-6pm EST, M-F. 

We hope to add the option to chat with us soon! At the moment, we provide quick responses to emails. You can submit a request through our contact form here, and please feel free to note your preference for chat in the future too!
