Whether you're tracking dietary restrictions for a party of 10 or managing lodging logistics for the entire destination wedding, Guest Tags are here to help you keep your guests organized. Guest Tags allow you to to add guests into one or more categories so that you can sort and message those categories individually as needed.
Guest Tags are a part of the Paperless Post Plus option and are only displayed for the host and co-hosts, and are not visible to guests. And if you're exporting your guest list, Guest Tags are included when the guest list is exported.
Guest Tags are available for all Cards and Flyers, and can even be added to non-RSVP greetings, in case you need an extra level of organization for your holiday cards.
How to add Guest Tags from a computer
- You will be able to add Guest Tags from your Manage Tracking page after sending your event to recipients. To access Guest Tags, you can either click the + Tags button at the top of the guest list, or select the dropdown option for an individual guest:
- From there, you will have the option to create a new Guest Tag to add to the recipient, or select an existing tag if available.
- Once you've tagged your guests, you will be able to filter your guest list by tags using the Guest sort option at the top left of your guest list. You will also be able to select specific guest tags to which to send follow up messages and Broadcasts.
