If you're seeing an error message while trying to add a new credit card, it's likely because some of the information you're entering doesn't match what your bank has on file. The most common reasons for card declines are zip/postal code and cvv inaccuracies.
Before reaching out to our Support team, we recommend contacting your bank to confirm that all of the information you're entering matches what they have on file, and that you are authorized to make purchases from Paperless Post - please confirm both of these things with your bank. For international purchases, your postal code will need to be entered with the correct casing and spaces.
