What if I'm unhappy with my order after I receive it?

We want you to be delighted each and every time you order from us. Therefore, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee with each PAPER order. What does '100% satisfaction guaranteed' mean?

We are here to help if you're not satisfied with any part of your order once you've received your cards.  Send an email to myorder@paperlesspost.com and our dedicated PAPER team will help resolve the issue as soon as possible.  If possible, it's always helpful to include an image with your original email so we can see the issue from the start. There is no need to return the cards to us.
