Checkout issues & refunds

If you are receiving an error when trying to save your credit card information, it means that the information you have entered does not match the information that your bank has on file. We recommend double checking your:

  • Billing address and zip/postal code
  • CVV code (or security code), typically found on the back of your card, 4 digits for AMEX and 3 digits for all major credit cards. 

 

If you're using a credit card based outside of the United States, you may need to inform your bank or credit card company that the transaction you're trying to make is authorized, since some banks may restrict international purchases. 

First, enter your postal code, exactly as it's listed on your bank statements, including any capital letters or spaces. Then select your country from the drop down menu and add your street address. 

 

Please note that for your protection, we cannot enter your credit card information for you.
