If you are receiving this error when trying to save your credit card information, it means that the information you have entered does not match the information that your bank has on file for you. Particularly for corporate credit cards and cards based outside of the United States, it’s important to be sure that you’re entering all of your card information exactly as it appears on your billing statements - this means that all casing, spaces, letters, and numbers must match what your bank has on file.
We highly recommend that you reach out to your bank to confirm that your card information is correct and that no blocks or holds are being placed on your account, before contacting the Support team. If, after you have contacted your bank and confirmed that the information is correct and that the purchases from Paperless Post are not being blocked for any reason, you can reach out to our Support team between the hours of 10am-6pm ET, Monday - Friday, and anyone from our team can assist you make your purchase.
