Editing a Sent Card

You can make changes to a sent card and it will update automatically, allowing anyone that views the card again to see the most recently saved version. 

Please note that making a change to your card will not re-send your card, or otherwise alert your recipients. We recommend using one of the free follow up tools on your Tracking page to alert your guests of the change. The message they receive will link back to the card so they can easily access it again. 

If you're updating event details or information, please make sure to update both the Event Details and the card design.

To edit the Design

  1. Hover over your name at the top right corner of the screen and choose “Post Box” when the menu appears.
  2. Find your card in the Sent & Scheduled tab, then hover over the “Manage Menu,” that appears to the right of the date sent and choose “Edit the Design”
  3. When your Customize page opens, you will see a message confirming that you'd like to edit the card you've sent.
  4. Choose “Edit the card I have sent”.  Your changes will save automatically when you navigate away from the Customize page.
  5. If you are updating a location, time, or date, be sure to also update your Enter Details page as well so your guests will see the updated information when they view your mailing again.

 

To edit Event Details and guest list privacy

If you need to make changes to your event details after you send your card, you can do so by returning to the Enter Details page.  You can get there from the homepage by following these steps:

  1. Hover over your name at the top right corner of the screen and choose “Post Box” when the menu appears.
  2. Find your card in the Sent & Scheduled tab, then hover over the “Manage Menu,” that appears to the right of the date sent and choose “Edit the Details”
  3. After you make your changes, be sure to click “Save” at the bottom of the page so your guests will see the updates the next time they open the card.
