Why can’t I save any changes to the Customize page on my Sent card?

If you’re trying to add any paid, custom options (such as adding an envelope, changing a stamp, etc) to a card you’ve already sent and don’t have enough Coins to cover the charge for the people you’ve already to whom you’ve sent the card, the design changes will not save.

You need to purchase the Coins that cover the cost of the change you're trying to make your current recipients before you add the option to your design, since they will be able to access the new elements when they view the card. 

If you’re not adding any paid options to your card, and the design will not save, please contact the Support team.
