Can I update an email address that hasn't bounced?

We don’t have a way for you to change an email address for a recipient whose mailing did not bounce back.  For these recipients, you will need to add their updated email address to your Add Guests/Recipients page and send out a new card.

If your card costs coins and you need to update email addresses for non-bounced guests, reach out to our Support team and we can provide you with the coins you need so you aren’t spending your own coins to send to the same recipient again.
