We recommend doing a search in your email client by entering "in:anywhere from:paperlesspost" (without the quotation marks) to see if your mailings are landing outside your inbox and in another folder:
This should allow you to search your entire email for any emails from Paperless Post. If you find any emails in spam, please mark the email as "not spam" so that your email client doesn't continue to filter our emails. You may also want to add firstname.lastname@example.org to your address book.
If you’re still having trouble finding your mailings, you can reach out to our Support Team. If Support determines that everything is being sent successfully from Paperless Post’s end, you will need to reach out to your email provider for more information about the security settings within your email
