If you're not seeing emails from us in your inbox, we recommend doing a search in your email client by entering in:anywhere from:paperlesspost to see if our emails are landing in another folder.
If found in spam, mark them as "Not Spam". Adding these emails to your address book also usually helps, as does adding them to your safe list:
