If you're not seeing emails from us in your inbox, it's possible that your inbox filtered them into another folder or into your spam. We recommend doing a search in your email client by entering in:anywhere from:paperlesspost to see if our emails are landing in another folder, as shown here: http://bit.ly/16LmcW9.
If found in spam, mark them as "Not Spam". Adding these emails to your address book also usually helps, as does adding them to your safe list:

Safelist a Sender or Domain in Gmail:
- Go into your account's Filters and Blocked Addresses settings through the settings button on the right of your mail, then the Settings option.
- Scroll down until you find the Create a new filter link. It's right above the section for blocking email addresses.

In that new window that pops up, type our Paperless Post email addresses in the From field.
paperless@email.paperlesspost.com|paperlesspost@paperlesspost.com|paperlesspost@accounts.paperlesspost.com - If you don't want to adjust any of the other options for a more specific filter, go ahead and click the link called Create filter with this search >>.
- Place a check in the box next to Never send it to Spam.
- Click Create a filter to save the changes.
