Did I receive a Card or Flyer?
Flyers have a different layout from Cards — if the invitation is split into two distinct sections with editable text on the left and an animated image on the right, it is a Flyer. A Card looks more like classic stationary.
Card
To respond to a card, you'll see the option to click "View Card"- this will take you to the card’s page on our website where you can view it in full and respond.
If you’ve received an Invitation that’s collecting RSVP responses, you will have the option to click “Will Attend” or “Will not Attend”:
If you click "Will Attend", you will receive an email confirmation for the event. If the host has included RSVP Questions, you will be prompted to answer those questions after submitting a “Will Attend” response.
If you’re receiving a Save the Date, Announcement, or Greeting Card that is not collecting RSVP Responses, but does include additional questions from the host, you will see the question(s) displayed on the main event page, under the Card title. You can click the “Respond to Host” button to submit your answers:
If you need to change your response or edit your RSVP, return to the card you received, hover over the reply listed below the card image to access the "Edit Response" option. You can also update your name and email address here.
If you'd like to email a sender directly, you can click "reply" within the email you received.
You will not need to sign up for a Paperless Post account to submit an RSVP or reply to a card you have received. You can sign up for a Paperless Post account to use the private message feature on Paperless Post and have the option to view all the cards you've received in one place.
Flyer
To respond to a Flyer, click the “View and Reply” option from your received email or SMS message:
This will take you to the Flyer event page hosted on our website. From there, you can click the RSVP button in the lower left corner to submit your response. You will also have the option to “Message Host”, which allows you to send a private message directly to the host:
