From a Computer
For those cases where you forgot to add Aunt Peggy in the first round of sending, or if additional space opened up on your corporate guest list, you can always send to additional recipients after your initial mailing.
- Hover over your name/email at the top right corner of the homepage and click My Events.
- Find your Card or Flyer under the Recent Activity tab or Sent and Scheduled tab, then click the 3 dots (...) to the right of the thumbnail to open the actions menu.
- From the menu, select Invite more guests or Invite more recipients.
- This will bring you back to your Add Guests/Recipients page so that you may add the new names and email addresses or phone numbers. Any duplicate email addresses or phone numbers that are already listed on the Manage page will be automatically excluded.
- If you require more Coins to send to your new recipients, we’ll prompt you to purchase a Coin package before you can send; otherwise, if you have enough Coins, you can just click on the blue Send button after inputting the additional names and emails.
To send a Card or Flyer to more guests from the app, first click on the My account icon in the lower left corner of the app's home screen. Then click into the Sent section to view sent events and find your sent mailing. Once you find your sent mailing, tap on it to open and then click + Add guests/Add recipients.
While inputting your guest names, any emails or phone numbers saved in your Paperless Post address book or iPhone Contacts will populate as options as your start to type.
