Why Am I Being Asked to Increase My Send Limit?
A free Legacy Card can be sent to up to 50 emails. To send more than 50, it will be a flat fee of $20 to send a Legacy Card up to 15,000 recipients. This is the same sending limit as premium Card events.
If you have created a Flyer or V2 Card with free design elements, such as free colors, styles, stickers, and backgrounds, then you can send your first 50 invites directly through the site at no cost. Sending directly through our site allows you to track delivery of your invite and invite opens, in addition to RSVPs. After your first 50 invites, your Flyer will cost 1 Coin per recipient.
Alternatively, if you have created a Flyer or V2 Card with free design elements, then your invite will remain free to share to an unlimited number of people with a link using your own distribution channels. If you wish to send to more than 50 guests for free, we suggest using a free design to distribute via shareable link through your personal SMS, email, ESP, or messaging apps (WhatsApp, Slack, etc.). Please note that you will only be able to track guests that have RSVP’d if you distribute your flyer using a shareable link. If you have any additional questions about free send limits, please contact us.
Why Am I Being Asked to Buy Coins?
Paperless Post offers free and premium Card and Flyer designs. You can browse free Card Invitations and Greeting Cards using the ‘free’ filter available under all categories.
Please note for Card designs to be completely free to send, you need to choose a free Card and also may need to remove premium options like envelopes, envelope liners, backdrops, stamps, and/or logos before sending. For Flyer designs to be completely free, you will need to select free colors, styles, backgrounds, and stickers.
As you are designing, you can keep track of the number of Coins necessary to send your card with the Coin calculator in the upper right hand corner of the page (and a drop down in mobile app).
If you need help removing premium options, please contact us. For information about removing these elements, please see:
