My Contact Info Shows as Unsubscribed
If your email address is coming back as “Unsubscribed,” that means that somewhere along the way you opted out of all Paperless Post mailings, or that you have previously marked one of our mailings as spam.
If you have a Paperless Post account and can access your account from a computer, you can resubscribe in your Account Settings. To get there:
- Login to your account and hover over your name at the top right corner of the screen
- Click "Account Settings" when the menu appears
- Scroll down to the Account Email section and make sure the box next to Notify me about Paperless Post updates through email is checked:
4. Then be sure to click "update" to save your changes!
In the future, our emails may end up in your spam folder. If you find any there, you can mark those emails as “not spam.” Adding us (paperlesspost@paperlesspost.com and paperlesspost@accounts.paperlesspost.com) to your email's address book also usually helps.
If you unsubscribed from SMS messages for Flyer invitations, you can return to your message and reply START to begin receiving SMS messages again.

My Contact Info Shows as Bounced
Sometimes a sender may have a typo in the recipient email address. However, there are many other contributing factors that can lead to a bounce, even if the email address is valid. Some examples include:
- Your receiving email server is temporarily down.
- Your inbox is full and cannot accept more messages (you can delete old emails to make more space).
- You have reported a Paperless Post mailing as spam in the past.
- Your email settings have caused our message to be blocked (see safelisting).
