If your email address is coming back as “unsubscribed,” that means that somewhere along the way you opted out of all Paperless Post mailings, or that you have previously marked one of our mailings as spam.
If you have a Paperless Post account and can access your account from a computer, you can resubscribe in your Account Settings. To get there:
- Login to your account and hover over your name at the top right corner of the screen
- Click "Account Settings" when the menu appears
- Scroll down to the Account Email section and make sure the box next to Notify me about Paperless Post updates through email is checked:
Then be sure to click "update" to save your changes!
You can also reach out to us and we can resubscribe your email address.
In the future, our emails may end up in your spam folder. If you find any there, you can mark those emails as “not spam.” Adding us (email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org) to your email's address book also usually helps.
