My email comes back as "unsubscribed"

If your email address is coming back as “unsubscribed,” that means that somewhere along the way you opted out of all Paperless Post mailings, or that you have previously marked one of our mailings as spam.

If you have a Paperless Post account, you can resubscribe in your Account Settings.  To get there:

  1. Login to your account and hover over your name at the top right corner of the screen
  2. Click "Account Settings" when the menu appears
  3. Scroll down to the Account Email section and make sure the box next to Notify me about Paperless Post updates through email is checked:

Then be sure to click "update" to save your changes!

Additionally, you can reach out to our Support Team and we will get you resubscribed right away!  

In the future, emails from Paperless Post may end up in your spam folder, so if you find them there you should make sure to mark them as “not spam.”  This way your email client will recognize mailings from Paperless Post as safe - it may also help to add our address (paperlesspost@paperlesspost.com) to your Address Book.
