If you'd like to stop receiving all emails from Paperless Post, you can unsubscribe via the link at the bottom of the email you received:
You'll have the option to:
- Unsubscribe from marketing and promotional emails
- Update your preferences for marketing and promotional emails
- Opt out of receiving any Paperless Post cards and invitations, or block a specific sender
If you need to unsubscribe from a specific email sender, you can choose this option while unsubscribing. To access the sender email address, click "reply" on the email you received and copy their email address. You can then enter the sender email address and your own email address to ensure no future mailings are received from them:
If you are receiving unwanted SMS Flyer invites or messages, you can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe.
Changing email preferences from your Account Settings
You can also adjust your email preferences from your Account Settings on our website. To get there, you can hover over your name in the upper right corner and select Account Settings:
From there, scroll down to the section titled Account Email. At the bottom of that box, you'll see the option To manage preferences for receiving Paperless Post marketing emails, invitations, and cards, click here:
That will bring you to the window where you can subscribe or unsubscribe from certain types of mailings:
