My card design doesn't match my event details

We won't automatically populate your event details onto your card design for you - since Paperless Post specializes in custom cards, many senders may want to include different or additional information on the actual card, versus the information that's populated onto your Event page.

You will need to click into your card's text box on the Customize page, then highlight/delete/reformat your text as necessary in order to modify the text on the template.  You can preview your card design from both the Enter Details and Add Recipients page.

If, after changing your card design, you are still seeing your card displayed incorrectly, you can reach out to our Support team for assistance.
