Cards events track all guest RSVPs, email deliveries, and opened email statuses. Flyer is only able to track guest and email status for invitations sent directly through the site, but not for open share guests until they RSVP.
For your Cards events, you can view your guests statuses on your Tracking page. This page will display automatically after you send your card, and you can get back to it from the homepage by following these steps:
- Hover over your name/email at the top right corner of the Paperless Post homepage.
- Click My Events when the dropdown menu appears.
- Find your card under the Recent Activity tab or Sent and Scheduled tab and then click Manage Event.
Once on your Tracking page, you will be able to sort recipients by Status, Name, Email Address, or Total Attending, by clicking on the header for each section.
If you're on a mobile device, you can log into your account and tap the profile icon in the top right corner. From the dropdown menu, tap My Events. From your events page, you can tap on your card from the Recent Activity tab, Sent and Scheduled tab to open the card event page. Then tap the Track button in the top right corner of your card page.
