How do I cancel or modify my order?

If you need to make changes to a PAPER order you've already placed, or cancel your order, you must reach out to our Support team within 1 hour of placing the order.  After this 1 hour window has passed, you may not be able to make changes or completely cancel the order, since we do our best to move your order through production as quickly as possible.

The best way to reach us regarding your PAPER order is over email - you can either contact us here or email help@paperlesspost.com from the email address associated with your account.  Please include your order number in your email.
