If you don't see your cards in the My Events section, it's possible that you may be logged into the wrong account or that you may need to refresh your account. The easiest way to do this is by logging out and logging back in - this will cause a data refresh within the app, and will likely restore your cards.
If you still don't see your cards, particularly if you're looking for received cards, make sure you have confirmed the email address(es) on the account! If you're having trouble doing that, contact us for assistance.
