You can follow up with groups of guests directly from your Flyer. The Flyer follow up tools have three templates (Remind guests to RSVP, Event reminder, and Time/location change) as well as the ability to create a custom message. Please note that there is currently no record of follow up messages sent on the Manage page and follow up messages cannot be scheduled for future sending. The character limit for all Flyer messages and reminders is 300.
To send a reminder or message to a group of guests, click the Follow Up icon from your Manage Page:
You can then select what kind of message you need to send:
You can then select which groups of guest will receive the message and edit the subject, sender name, and message.
Can I send a private message to one guest?
There is not a way to send a private message to one guest directly through the site. However, you can click on any guest from your Flyer's Manage page to see their contact information in order to send them a note from your own email or messaging app.
How do I reply to a guest who has messaged but not provided an RSVP?
Any time a guest sends you a message, a copy of the note will be sent to your primary account email address. From the email you receive, you can click 'Reply'. This will open a new email draft within your email account so that you can respond to your guest directly.
