Am I designing a Card, Flyer, or Legacy Card?
Flyers have a different layout from Cards — if the invitation is split into two distinct sections with editable text on the left and an animated image on the right, it is a Flyer.
You can check the top left corner of the page to tell if your Card is a Legacy Card- any Legacy cards will show the word LEGACY next to our pigeon logo.
Card and Flyer
If you already have contacts saved within your Paperless Post address book and wish to add them to your Card or Flyer, you can click Contacts from your Invite Guests page:
On the next page, you can check the circle to the left of each contact you wish to add. Or, you can select the drop down from the right side of the page to choose a contact list from a previous mailing, or a custom list you saved to your address book. Make sure all contacts you wish to include have a blue check to the left of their name. You can also uncheck any contacts you wish to exclude. Once all desired contacts have been checked, click the blue button to add guests:

Legacy Card
USING A NEW LIST
Once you have created a new mailing list in your Address Book, you can import it onto the Add Guests/Recipients delivery page of your invitation:
- On your Add Guests/Recipients delivery page, click on the "Address Book" link that appears below the Name field.
- On the Add Contacts modal that appears, click on the "All Contacts" drop down menu in the top right corner. Select the name of the invitation list that you'd like to use.
- To add all of these contacts as recipients for your new card, click on the box at the very top of the list:
- Checkmarks will appear to the left of all the selected guests. When you're done, click on the "x" in the upper right corner of the Add Contacts modal to view your unsent guest/recipient list.
USING A PAST LIST
When you send your card, all of your recipients are automatically saved into your Address Book and are organized into lists with names that correspond with the event they were sent with. These lists are under "Past Lists", so that you can use them again in the future.
To access these past lists:
- On your Add Guests/Recipients delivery page, click on the "Address Book" link that appears below the Name field.
- On the Add Contacts modal that appears, click on the "All Contacts" drop down menu in the top right corner. Select the name of the past invitation list that you'd like to use under "Past Mailing Lists".
- To add all of these contacts as recipients for your new card, click on the "Add All" plus sign (+) at the very top of the list (see image above).
- If you only want to add certain contacts, click the "+" button to the left of each guest that you wish to invite.
- Checkmarks will appear to the left of each selected guest. When you're done, click on the "x" in the upper right corner of the Add Contacts modal to view your unsent guest/recipient list.
After you send your card, this list will become a part of your "Past Mailing Lists" section as well.
At this time, you cannot modify or delete past lists.
