If you have an occasion for which you need to collect RSVPs for multiple locations, dates, or times (like a wedding weekend with many activities), you have a couple of options:
1. If you need to collect headcount for each activity, the best way to do this is to send a different card for each event. If you want to use the same design for each card without starting from scratch, you can make a clone of your card and then update the card text and event details to be specific for each activity. You can even add the same list from your Paperless Post address book onto each card.
2. If you prefer to send only one card but want to get an idea of who is coming to each event, you can add an additional RSVP question on your Enter Details page. Scroll down to the bottom of your Enter Details page and click 'Additional Options'. From here, you can toggle on the 'Add addition RSVP question for your guests to answer'. You can enter the question and save:
Your guests will be prompted to answer this question after they RSVP. You will be able to see their RSVP response on your tracking page:
