Whether you're planning for party guests aged 5 or 105, Paperless Post invitations have helpful options to help you track your attendees. The options available for a given invitation design depend on whether you are designing a Card, Flyer, or Legacy Card.
Am I designing a Card, Flyer, or Legacy Card?
Flyers have a different layout from Cards — if the invitation is split into two distinct sections with editable text on the left and an animated image on the right, it is a Flyer.
You can check the top left corner of the page to tell if your Card is a Legacy Card- any Legacy cards will show the word LEGACY next to our pigeon logo.
Card and Flyer
If you need to find out who is bringing kids to your event, you can toggle on the "Request number of kids attending" feature when setting up your event. This can be found under the Details menu on the Create/Edit page.
Your recipients will be prompted to submit the headcount for children in their party when they RSVP. They will only be able to RSVP for up to the amount of guests you have allowed for their invite. For example, if you have allowed a Total Invited of 5 guests, your guest could RSVP for 2 adults and 3 children (or any total amount of guests between 1 and 5):
Legacy Card
If you need to find out who is bringing kids to your event, you can add an additional RSVP question on your card's Enter Details page. Scroll down to the bottom of your Enter Details page and click 'Additional Options'. From here, you can toggle on the 'Add addition RSVP question for your guests to answer'. You can enter the question and save:
On your Add Guests page you can specify the names of the individuals invited and the headcount allowed for each invitation:
Your guests will be prompted to answer this question after they RSVP. You will be able to see their RSVP response on your Tracking page:
