If you are inviting a group, couple, or family who will need to coordinate and RSVP together, we have a couple of options for inviting multiple members of a group — the steps to do so will depend on the type of mailing you are sending:
Am I designing a Card, Flyer, or Legacy Card?
Flyers have a different layout from Cards — if the invitation is split into two distinct sections with editable text on the left and an animated image on the right, it is a Flyer.
You can check the top left corner of the page to tell if your Card is a Legacy Card- any Legacy cards will show the word LEGACY next to our pigeon logo.

You can only enter one email address or phone number in the email or phone field, but you can include all recipient names in the name field. Your recipient will be able to see all names included for their invite when they RSVP. You can also set up the Total Invited to include the entire group's headcount:
There is not a way to include multiple email addresses together in the email field when adding guests to your guest list. This means that there is not a way to send one group's invite out to multiple email addresses.
However, once you send your invite to one email address, you can grab the personal link to that invite to share with other people in that group via text, email, or social media. If you click on the guest names from your Manage Tracking page, a guest information menu will open. You can click the ellipsis menu in the upper right corner, and then select Copy personalized link from the dropdown to share. Anyone with the personal link will be able to open the invite and update the RSVP and headcount submitted for the group:
