Text Message
Invitations sent via text message through our site may be sent from one of many phone numbers, and will always include a link beginning with "https://pp.events/" — this is Paperless Post's official shortened URL. If you're concerned about a text or email you received, or have gotten reports that recipients have received a card from you that you didn't send, please forward the email to security@paperlesspost.com. It's possible that someone has created an email to look like a Paperless Post invite in a phishing attempt. It would also be helpful to share the email headers with our security team if you are able. Here's some information on how to access email headers.
If our security team confirms the email is fraudulent, please mark the email as spam within your inbox. If recipients have received a card from you that you didn't send, we recommend updating your email account password.
