Am I designing a Card, Flyer, or Legacy Card?
Flyers have a different layout from Cards — if the invitation is split into two distinct sections with editable text on the left and an animated image on the right, it is a Flyer.
You can check the top left corner of the page to tell if your Card is a Legacy Card- any Legacy cards will show the word LEGACY next to our pigeon logo.

To send a broadcast to a group of guests, click the Messages & Reminders icon from your Manage Tracking page:
If you mailing type is set to be an Invitation, you can then select what kind of broadcast you need to send:
The broadcast tools have three pre-written customizable templates (Reminder to RSVP, Event reminder, and Time/location change) as well as the ability to create a custom message from scratch (Write your own).
For other mailing types, you will just be able to choose the Write Your Own option.
You can then select which groups of recipients will receive the message and edit the subject, sender name, and message. Please note that the character limit for all messages and reminders is 600.
Private Messages
You can also send private messages to individual recipients. To do so, click on any recipient from your invite's Manage Tracking page to open their message log:
Card & Flyer (iOS/Android App)
If you need to send a reminder or broadcast message to guests, you can select Messages from your Manage page.
From the Message and Broadcast page that opens, tap New broadcast. From here, you will have the option to send an RSVP reminder, an event reminder, a notice about event details changing, or a custom message.
If you're hoping to send a private message to an individual guest, you can tap on that guest's name from the Manage page to open up a message log where you can see past messages with that particular guest, and also send them new messages.

There are a couple of ways you can send follow-up messages and reminders to your guests/recipients from your Tracking page. To get there:
- Hover over your name/email at the top right corner of the homepage and choose My Events when the menu appears.
- Find your card under the Recent Activity tab or Sent and Scheduled tab, then click Manage Event to open your tracking page.
- On your Tracking page, click on the black Follow-Up button towards the bottom left of your guest list.
For RSVP events, you can:
REMIND GUESTS TO RSVP
- From the drop down menu, select Remind guests to RSVP.
- Check the boxes next to the statuses (Attending, Regrets, Not yet replied) you want to message.
- Update the host/event/message information if you wish. The reminder your guests will receive will contain a link back to the card in case they need to access it again.
- Feel free to send yourself a test message by clicking on Send me a test. Otherwise, you can either click Send Now at the bottom of the page once you’re ready to send your message.

- Update the host/event/message information if you wish. The reminder will automatically include a link back to your card for your guests to easily view again if they need to.
- Feel free to send yourself a test message by clicking on Send me a test. Otherwise, enter a date and time below the message field then click Schedule Sending if you want the reminder to go out at a later time. Click Cancel Schedule if you’d like to send the reminder out right away.
For non-RSVP events, you can:
- Check the boxes next to the statuses (Opened, Unopened) you want to contact.
- Compose your message. You can also choose to edit the host and/or event name if you wish. The message your guests will receive will also contain a link back to the card in case they need to access it again.

Will my reminders and messages be personalized?
Your recipients will receive personalized versions of all of your reminders, follow up messages, and RSVP requests. When you send yourself a test preview of any of the follow up messages, you will receive a non-conditional, non-personalized email.
The messages/reminders will contain links back to your recipients’ cards so they can easily access them and update their replies if necessary.
Can I message my guests/recipients individually?
You can send messages to your recipients individually (and they can message you too!). On your Tracking page, click Messages at the top. This will bring you to your messaging tool. You will then be able to enter the name of the guest you wish to message.
After you send your message, it will always appear on this page for you to reference in the future.
