You can add a co-host to your event after you send it. This allows your cohost to see a view-only version of your Manage Tracking page — they will not be able to add recipients or edit the design.
Please note that your co-host will need an active Paperless Post account before you can add them!
Am I designing a Card, Flyer, or Legacy Card?
Flyers have a different layout from Cards — if the invitation is split into two distinct sections with editable text on the left and an animated image on the right, it is a Flyer.
You can check the top left corner of the page to tell if your Card is a Legacy Card- any Legacy cards will show the word LEGACY next to our pigeon logo.

You can add a cohost by following these steps:
- On your Manage Tracking page, click "Co-host" on the top left corner of the page.
- Enter the email address that is associated with your co-host's Paperless Post account
- Press "Add"
This will send the co-host an email notification for verification. Once they verify through the emailed link, they will see the cohosted invitation in the "Sent & Scheduled" section of their My Events page.
Can co-hosts send to more recipients or send follow up messages?
Co-hosts can access a view-only version of your event’s Manage page. This means that they cannot send to additional recipients from the "Add guests" page, view or send Broadcast messages, change guest statuses, or view any messages sent between the account holder and the guests/recipients. However, your co-host(s) will be able to export and print the guest list and additional RSVP question responses.
If you'd like to allow your co-hosts to easily be able to invite additional guests, you can provide them with the shareable link to your Card or Flyer.
If you need your co-host to be able to access additional options, you will need to share your login information with them.
Can I revoke co-hosting access from my co-hosts?
Removing a co-host from your Manage Tracking page will revoke their access to your guest list. To do this:
- On your Manage Tracking page, click "Co-host" on the top left corner of the page.
- Click the trash can icon that appears to the right of any co-hosts you wish to remove
When you remove a co-host, they will no longer have any access to your Manage Tracking page and the event will be removed from their Sent & Scheduled page.
