Applying a promo code to your purchase
If you’ve been prompted to purchase a Coin package from your recipient list, or from the Buy Coins page, you’ll see the option to add a promo when you click “Checkout” from your Cart. Type your code into the field and click “apply” to have the discount reflected in your order total:
You will see a green confirmation once your code has been applied. From there, you can place your order.
If you have more than one code saved in your account, you will also see a dropdown menu that says Select a discount:
Please note that you cannot combine or stack promo codes, and they can only be used one at a time. Seasonal promo codes are single-use and can only be applied to one transaction—we recommend you add all of the Coins you might want to buy to your cart at once so you apply the discount to your entire order.
Discounts are not valid on past purchases and are not redeemable for in-app purchases on our iOS or Android apps.
What if I forgot to use my promo code?
If you’ve checked out and forgot to use your promo code, or your promo code didn’t apply, contact us for help! Be sure to include your order number and the code you wanted to use so that we can apply it to your order if it is eligible.
Checking out with venue partner codes
Visit our Buy Coins page to add one of our Coin packages to your cart, apply the code in the appropriate field and then check out.
Promo codes are not valid on purchases on Paperless Post mobile apps. Not valid on prior purchases. Offer cannot be combined with other discounts. Coins are subject to the Paperless Post Terms of Service.
My promo code doesn't work
You can enter your promo code on the final page of checkout, after entering your payment information and before confirming the purchase. If your code is not working, first check to see that it's a legitimate promo by heading to our Promo Codes page, checking your email for any promotions that may have been sent to you, or viewing any active promotional banner at the top of our website.
If the code is not listed in any of those places, we recommend contacting our Customer Service team to ensure that you have a legitimate discount code. If you have a valid code that is displaying an error message when you attempt to redeem it, please also reach out to our team.
