Purchases made through our website
If you are receiving an error when trying to save your credit card information, it means that the information you have entered does not match the information that your bank has on file. We recommend double-checking your:
- Billing address and zip/postal code
- CVV code (or security code), typically found on the back of your card, 4 digits for AMEX and 3 digits for all major credit cards.
If you're using a credit card based outside of the United States, you may need to inform your bank or credit card company that the transaction you're trying to make is authorized, since some banks may restrict international purchases.
Be sure to enter your postal code exactly as it's listed on your bank statements, including any capital letters or spaces. Then select your country from the drop down menu and add your street address.
Paperless Post accepts all major credit cards, including VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We are not able to accept payment through PayPal at this time, nor can we accept refillable or gift credit cards.
Please note that for your protection, our customer service team is unable to enter your credit card information for you. Please do not send any credit card information to us via email or phone call!
If you continue to have trouble or if you need help with a refund, reach out to our team and we can take a look to see what is causing the issue!
