The cost to send your Card/Flyer through a Shareable Link depends on what type of Card/Flyer you're sending and if you're collecting RSVPs.
If you're sending a free Card or Flyer, your Shareable Link is free as well! Just click on Share Link from your Manage page > Add Guests. Copy the URL and share anywhere you'd like.
If you're sending a paid Card or Flyer without RSVPs, your Shareable Link will cost 200 Coins.
If you're sending a paid Card or Flyer and collecting RSVPs, the cost of your Shareable Link corresponds with how many RSVPs you anticipate getting and the Coins per invite for your design.
To get started, head to your Manage page > Add Guests > click on Share Link. From there you'll be prompted to enter how many RSVPs you're expecting. Your Shareable Link will cost # of RSVPs x Coins per invite. If your design was 5 Coins per invite and you expect 20 RSVPs, your Shareable Link would cost 100 Coins. The number of RSVPs you enter is your allotment for the event.
For Paperless Pro subscribers, the Shareable Link is included in the cost of your subscription. Each unique RSVP you collect through the Shareable Link will deduct one guest from your subscription plan.
What happens if I have more RSVPs than I planned?
If more guests RSVP than expected, additional guests' names and contact information will be hidden on your Manage page. You can unlock those guests' details by purchasing additional Coins for the original price per guest. See here for more details.
What counts as an RSVP?
Attending and Not Attending each use up 1 RSVP. If a guest is allowed a +1, the party's reply still only uses 1 RSVP.
What if I sent someone an invite via email/phone and they RSVP'ed again via my Shareable Link?
If you invited a guest via email and phone, then they RSVP via your Shareable Link using the same contact Phone/Email, their response will not be deducted from the RSVP allocation you purchased.
Why is there an additional 200 Coin charge for Paperless Post Plus?
If you would like to customize the URL of your link, you can upgrade your event to Paperless Post Plus as an optional add-on. If this is not a feature you need, just make sure the "Upgrade to Plus" toggle is turned off prior to checking out.
