Yes, if your plans change within your subscription period, you can upgrade to a different tier at any point during your billing cycle. The amount that you've paid so far will be prorated, and your renewal date will remain the same as your original subscription date.
To upgrade your subscription:
- Log into your account and hover over your name/email in the upper right corner of our homepage
- Select Manage next to your subscription allotment from the dropdown menu
- Choose the new plan you would like to upgrade to by selecting Change Plan
- Review your order summary, then select Proceed to Payment. Note that if you have a Coin balance in your account from a previous purchase, it will automatically be applied as a credit toward your upgrade. Any additional coupons or discounts can be applied on the next page.
- Select your preferred payment method, then review your final order summary. If you have a discount code, it can be added on this page. Then, select Change Plan Now to upgrade your subscription.
Your new plan will be available to use immediately after upgrading.
What if I need to send to more guests, but haven't upgraded yet?
If during your subscription period you reach your guest limit, your guests’ experience will not be affected—they will still be able to view your Card/Flyer and RSVP. However, you will not be able to send new invitations through our site until you upgrade to a higher guest allotment. Additionally, any new guest information (name, contact information) that is submitted through a Shareable Link will be hidden, and you will need to upgrade your subscription to view it.
Can I use Coins if I just need to send to a few extra guests?
Coins cannot be used to send with your Pro subscription. If you've already hit your annual guest limit, the best option is to upgrade to the next subscription level.
