When choosing the right Paperless Pro subscription tier for you, you'll be asked to select from a number of guests per year.
A guest is anyone who has been sent an individual Card or Flyer directly through our site, or who has submitted an RSVP to an individual Card or Flyer that you send through the Shareable Link.
The total number of guests in your Paperless Pro subscription reflects the annual limit of the number of emails/texts that can be sent through our site, or the number of RSVPs you can collect using a Shareable Link sent from your side.
So, for example, with a 500-guests/year subscription, here are some ways your allotment can be used:
- Send two events to 250 guests each
- Send ten events to 50 guests each
- Send one event to 400 guests, and one event to 100 guests
- Send 500 individual greeting cards to one recipient each
Each time you send a guest an individual mailing, a guest is deducted from your subscription. If you send the same person 3 invitations per year, you should count them as 3 guests when determining the best subscription option for you. Plus ones without contact info do not count toward your guest limit.
The Paperless Pro subscription is available in tiers ranging up to 5,000 guests/year. If you need more than 5,000 guests per year, please contact us for custom pricing.
If you use your full guest allotment before your annual plan renewal date and need to send to more, you can upgrade at any time.
