Paperless Post's online invitations and greetings are dynamic, so that any updates you make even after sending will be visible to all recipients. The steps to edit a saved or sent event depend on whether you are working on a Card, Flyer, or Legacy Card:
Am I designing a Card, Flyer, or Legacy Card?
Flyers have a different layout from Cards — if the invitation is split into two distinct sections with editable text on the left and an animated image on the right, it is a Flyer.
You can check the top left corner of the page to tell if your Card is a Legacy Card- any Legacy cards will show the word LEGACY next to our pigeon logo.
Card and Flyer
If you need to update a Paperless Post mailing, you can edit your design elements, event details, and settings even after sending.
When you edit a sent invitation, you will want to be sure to update both the design and event details separately, just as you did when creating the card.
Please note that sent emails are static and the text and images within the emails cannot be altered. However, recipients will see your updated changes whenever they click on the card in the email to open it on our website.

Legacy Card (Desktop)
If you need to update a Paperless Post, you can edit your Card text, design elements, event details or settings after sending. Please note that sent emails are static and the text within the emails cannot be altered. However, guests will see your updated changes whenever they open your card's event page.
To communicate any changes directly to your guests, you can use the Follow-Up tool on the Tracking page. The message you send will include a link to the recipient's card, so they can quickly access the event page to view the changes. If you have already scheduled a follow up before making changes, we suggest canceling that note and rescheduling after editing to be sure the most recent details are included with your note.
