How our chatbot works
Our AI Chatbot is trained by our support agents to provide fast-track information you need without a wait. It also scans our extensive library of help articles and resources to provide you with direct answers. If the chatbot doesn’t have the information to help with your issue, your request will be escalated to our human support team.
When will I interact with the AI?
You’ll typically meet our AI Chatbot if you reach out outside of our standard business hours or if our human team is currently managing a high volume of requests. Our AI chatbot is not currently available 24/7.
Can I speak to a real person?
Absolutely. We believe AI should assist, not replace, human connection. At any point during your interaction, you will have the option to escalate your conversation to a member of our support team. The chatbot will alert our team, and we will follow up to assist you further.
What happens if the AI makes a mistake?
We recognize that our AI chatbot can occasionally provide an inaccurate or incomplete answer. If something doesn't seem right, please ask the chatbot to escalate your request to our human agent team. We will review your request and assist from there.
Tips for getting the best results when using our chatbot
- Be specific: Instead of saying "My account is broken," try "I can't reset my password”
- Ask one question at a time: If you have multiple issues, try asking them one by one for more accurate answers.
