If you're not seeing emails from us in your inbox, it's possible that your inbox filtered them into another folder or into your spam. We recommend doing a search in your email client by entering in:anywhere from:paperlesspost to see if our emails are landing in another folder, as shown in this image.
If found in spam, mark them as "Not Spam". Adding these emails to your address book also usually helps, as does adding them to your safe list:

Safelist a Sender or Domain in Gmail:
- Go into your account's Filters and Blocked Addresses settings through the settings button on the right of your mail, then select the Settings option.
- Scroll down until you find the Create a new filter link. It's right above the section for blocking email addresses.
- In that new window that pops up, copy/paste our Paperless Post email addresses in the From field.
paperless@email.paperlesspost.com|paperlesspost@paperlesspost.com|paperlesspost@accounts.paperlesspost.com - Select "create filter" (optionally, you can set further parameters for your filter before moving to the next step)
- Place a check in the box next to 'Never send it to Spam'.
- Click Create a filter to save the changes.
