You can seamlessly add more details to any V2 Card or Flyer with our modular Blocks system. Blocks can be used to add elegantly formatted plain text, hyperlinks, images to the details section below an invitation or greeting card.
Add a Block
After you've finished editing your card design and entered your event details, you can navigate to the detail section on your Create/Edit page to access the Add blocks option from the left-hand menu on a computer, or from the menu at the bottom of the screen on mobile.
From there, you can choose from the available block types:
Details: A simple text block that also allows for embedded hyperlinks
Registry: Add up to 10 links to registries or wish lists
Photo gallery: Upload and showcase up to 20 photos
Schedule: A text block where you can add timing details for your event
Accommodations: Add up to 10 links and images for hotels, B&Bs, and other lodging options
Travel: Add up to 10 links and images for travel details such as directions, transportation options, and nearby points of interest
Speakers: Highlight up to 10 people who will be featured at your event with images and social media links
Link: Add up to 10 buttons with hyperlinks
Gifts: Build a wishlist without leaving the Paperless Post editor
Video: Embed a video directly on your event page by uploading it from your computer, or adding a YouTube or Vimeo link
Edit, Remove or Rearrange Blocks (Computer)
You can edit an existing Block from your Create/Edit page on a computer by clicking on the area that you'd like to edit.
If you need to delete or change the order of your Blocks:
1. Hover over the ••• icon in the top right corner of the Block you'd like to move or delete
2. A menu will appear. Choose the trash can icon to delete the Block, or choose the up or down arrow to move the Block accordingly.
Remove or Rearrange Blocks (Mobile)
On mobile, the top right corner of every Block will show an editing menu:
To edit a given Block, tap the pencil icon.
To delete the Block, tap the trash can icon.
To move the Block up or down, tap the ••• icon, and then choose Move up or Move down from the options that appear.
