Resetting Your Password
If you forgot your Paperless Post account password or need to change it, no worries! There are some simple steps you can take to change your password and regain access to your account.
If you're not logged into your account:
If you're working from a computer, click Log in at the top right corner of the homepage, and then enter the email address or phone number for your account. You will be sent a one-time code to that contact method, which you can use to log in.
Once you are logged in, you can hover over your name or email in the upper right corner of our homepage, then head to your Account Settings page. From there, you can select the pencil icon next to Password to change your password or use the Forgot Password? option:
If you signed up for an account using a one-time code and have not created a password yet, you'll have the option to create one under the Password section of your Account Settings page. You are also welcome to continue signing in with one-time codes, without a password.
If you're already logged into your account from a computer:
Hover over your name at the top right corner of the desktop home screen. Choose Account Settings from the dropdown menu that appears. Scroll down to the Password section, select the pencil icon to edit, and add your new password or choose the Forgot Password option:
If you're already logged into your account from a computer and don't remember your current password:
Hover over your name at the top right corner of the desktop home screen. Choose Account Settings on the menu. Head to your Account Settings and select the Forgot Password link in the Password section and we'll send you an email with some instructions on resetting it.
Anytime your password is reset, we will send a notification email to all of the email addresses associated with your account.
