Logging in with a one-time code
When you log into your Paperless Post account, we will email or text a one-time code to the contact method you've entered. Once you enter the 6-digit code you receive, you will be logged into your account.
If you do not receive the code, or if you prefer to log in with a password, you can select Or use a password to log in +
From there, you will be taken to a window where you can enter your password to log in.
I'm not receiving my one-time code
If the code was sent via email, you can try searching your email inbox for emails from paperlesspost@accounts.paperlesspost.com. The subject line will always start with "Your Paperless Post verification code."
If the code was sent via text message, you can search your messages for "Your Paperless Post verification code."

I forgot my password
If you forgot your account password or want to update it, no worries! Please see here for instructions to reset.
I think my password is correct, but it’s not working
If you believe you’re entering a valid password but it isn't being accepted, your password may be expired because it no longer aligns with our security requirements.
There are two ways you can log into your account:
- Reset your password with the Forgot Password option.
- Log in with a One-Time Code sent to the email address or phone number associated with your account. With this option, you can also reset your password in Account Settings later.
I don’t have access to the email address or phone number on my account
