Fix and Resend
If a guest's email address or phone number bounces back as undeliverable, you can still edit and update the guest's contact information to be the correct address/number without needing to purchase any more sends. First you will want to select the bounced guest from your list:
Next, select the Fix and Resend button (for a Couple/Family mailing, you will see "Try Resending"):

From here, you can update the guest's email/number and send when you are ready:
If a correct email/number is showing as Bounced, or if it is listed as Unsubscribed, you can also try resending the invitation from your side.
If you are an IT team member for a domain that is showing correct addresses that are bouncing, you can also reach out to us for help clearing up these bounces.
You can also let anyone who is "Unsubscribed" know that you are unable to send them a card. If they want to be resubscribed, they can do so in their Account Settings if they have a Paperless Post account, or they can send us a request asking to be resubscribed. We are unable to resubscribe anyone without their explicit permission to do so.
Copy Personalized Link
You can also share a personalized Flyer or Card page via a unique link if there were delivery issues with your mailing. Select the guest for which you need to access the personal link to open up the guest details box. Then select the ellipsis (...) menu in the upper right corner to choose Copy personalized link from the dropdown. This will copy that guest's unique URL to your clipboard so you can paste it into a message to them from your own email or messaging app:
If you are sending multiple invites or messages to the same number, we recommend waiting at least one minute in between each send to prevent your message from being blocked due to carrier restrictions.
Incorrect emails or phone numbers that haven't bounced
If you sent to a guest's email or number that is incorrect but did not bounce back as undeliverable, you'll be able to edit and update your guest's contact information from your Tracking page on our full website:
1. Select the incorrect guest from your Tracking page to open the guest details.
2. Access the ellipses (...) menu in the top right corner of the guest ledger
3. Choose Resend to a different contact method.
4. Enter a new email address or phone number for that guest
5. Send
