In order to make sure your recipients receive your invitation in time for an event, we automatically resend any email invitations that have not been opened after 2 days. Re-sends will only occur once for each unopened recipient, and will only be sent if there is a date specified in the event details.
At this time, only emails are eligible for redelivery if unopened. Text message recipients cannot be automatically redelivered.
You can also manually re-send your Card or Flyer as many times as you'd like.
If you don't want your emails re-sent to unopened recipients, you can update this setting from your Account Settings. After you login to your account from our desktop site, hover over your name/email in the upper right corner of the page and select Account Settings from the dropdown menu. Scroll down to the Email Notifications section. You can uncheck the box next to Delivery optimizer and click Update:
