Setting up a couple/family group
If you are inviting a group, couple, or family who will need to coordinate and RSVP together, you can link multiple guests into a group from your Invite Guests page.
There you'll see "Add Individual" and "Add Couple/Family". Click on Add Couple/Family:
From there, you'll need to enter your group name, the first guest's name (optional), and their phone number or email:
To add more guests to the group, click "+Add another guest". Once you're ready to add the group to your Unsent Guest List, click the blue "Add Guests" button.
You'll also be able to add a Personalized Message for the group from your Invite Guests page, after adding the group. The Personalized Message is visible to all group members.
You can also upload your group using a .csv or .xls file by clicking "Upload" on your Invite Guests page. To download our template and to learn how to format your spreadsheet to include groups, please see our article on how to format your spreadsheet for upload.
When the guests receive their invitation via email, they'll see the rest of their group listed at the top:

When they open the invitation, they can reply for one or all of the guests.
Once they RSVP, you can click on the name of their group to see details for each guest, including their RSVP Status and any additional questions that they may have answered.
Using the couple/family and Total Invited options together
A different way to invite groups of your guests to your event is to use the Allow guests to bring additional guests setting. With this option, you can give your guests the option to RSVP for +1s without your needing to know their names in advance.
Just note that if you have this option turned on for an event where you are also inviting pre-defined couple/family groups, those groups will automatically be able to RSVP for additional guests to their group up to a maximum of 10 people total within the group.
If you'd prefer not to allow couple/family groups to add additional guests, you can instead use the individual Total Invited option to only allow specific guests to add +1s.
Tracking grouped guests
Your Group and Individual guests will all appear on your tracking page together. The grouped recipients will be listed out individually under the Group Name.
You can click on the Group and it will open a panel to the right where you can view and edit each guest in that group individually. Any group recipient that has an email address or phone number connected to them will appear with a "+" symbol next to them. You can click on this symbol to expand that guest's information:
Adjusting guest statuses
If a guest forgot to respond for their group members, you can also manually adjust their headcount and RSVP status on their behalf from your Tracking page.
