One of the most convenient parts of sending a Paperless Post invitation is our handy guest management feature. Invitations sent through our site track all RSVPs, deliveries, and whether or not the invitation was opened. However, if a guest was invited using the shareable link option, they will only appear on your Manage Tracking page after they have RSVP'd.
Desktop
You can view your guests' status on your Manage Tracking page. This page will display automatically after you send your Card or Flyer, and you can get back to it from the homepage by following these steps:
- Hover over your name/email at the top right corner of the Paperless Post homepage.
- Click My Events when the dropdown menu appears.
- Find your card under the Recent Activity tab or Sent and Scheduled tab and then click the blue Manage button
Once on your Manage Tracking page, you will be able to sort recipients by status, name, or the most recently updated guest. From this page, you can also send a RSVP reminder or follow up message, export your recipient list, or send to more recipients if you'd like.
App
1. From the homepage, tap My account in the lower right corner
2. On the My account page, you can find your Card or Flyer by tapping the Sent and Scheduled tab. Scroll until you see the invitation you are looking for.
3. In the panel for the invitation you're looking for, tap the blue Manage button — this will take you to your recipient list where you can see your recipients' status and follow up if needed.
Mobile Web Browser
1. From our homepage, tap the profile icon in the top right corner.
2. From the dropdown menu that appears, tap My Events.
3. On the My Events page, you can find your Card or Flyer by tapping either the Recent Activity tab or Sent and Scheduled tab. Scroll until you see the invitation you are looking for.
4. In the panel for the invitation you're looking for, tap the blue Manage button — this will take you to your guest list where you can see guest statuses and follow up if needed.
