You have the option to add a comment wall to any Card or Flyer. This will allow all recipients to leave a note that is visible to you and all other recipients, or respond to existing notes.
Each comment left will display the name of the commenter and when the comment was posted, but will not display anyone's email address.
Here’s how to add a comment wall to your Card or Flyer:
- After you’ve edited your design on your Create/Edit page, click on the Details menu option or click the the Will Attend/Will Not Attend buttons to open your Card or Flyer's Details menu
- Click Additional details to expand that menu, then click the toggle next to Add a comment wall
- Once the comment wall is toggled on, you can edit the title and description that will appear above the comment wall. Once you're happy with the changes, you can press Save or Done in the top right corner.
If you choose not to include a comment wall, recipients can still send you a private message, but this will only be viewable to you and no other recipients.
Adding a Comment
In order for your recipients to add their own messages to the comment wall, you must first send your Card or Flyer to guests directly through the site from your Add/Invite Guests page. Any guests who has received a direct post will be able to add a new comment.
Only guests who are logged into a registered Paperless Post account will be able to add photos to the comment wall.
Edit or Delete a Comment
While comments left on the comment wall cannot be edited, they can be removed. If you or a recipient has left a comment that needs to be deleted, you can do this by hovering over the comment and clicking the trash can icon that appears in the upper right corner:
